Responsibilities

Assist the Head of Client Success in managing the team to accomplish company goals and objectives in the most efficient and effective manner achieving the highest service level. Provide the necessary coordination between cross functional departments and customers.

  • Plan and prioritize department objectives encompassing quality enhancement, manpower effectiveness, productivity, and service level of the department.

  • Collaborate and negotiate with clients to execute effective resolutions towards issues and complaints to ensure service recovery as well as alternatives.

  • Cultivate longstanding client relationships as their Strategic Partner and Advisor to ensure deep-rooted retention of clients for business continuity.

  • Analyse all facets of our clients' lifecycle, identify areas for betterment, execute innovative game plans to capitalise on the opportunities.

  • Develop and implement strategies in close collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders.

  • Lead the activities of the team and department to ensure smooth operation to achieve a positive outcome for all stakeholders.

  • Steer the team towards excellence in active continuous process improvements to accomplish outstanding support and services to both our businesses and all stakeholders.

  • Set service standards and performance targets for the team members; Track team's performance and create plans for continuous upskilling.

  • Lead implementation for technical enhancements to system with support of technical team.

  • Continuous improving on the work processes with ISO Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation

  • Performs any other duties assigned.

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Marketing.

  • 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in supervisory/managerial roles in client management environment in the events/media/arts/entertainment sectors, or related.

  • Track record of successfully managing a team of minimum 4 personnel and above.

  • Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Strong negotiation skills.

  • Proficient both as an Independent operative as well as a Team Player.

  • Conversant in Microsoft Office.

  • Pro-active, Analytical, Multi-tasker, and a good Problem-Solver are highly essential.

  • Resilient and Resolute especially in challenging and highly-stressful situations.

  • Due to the job nature of this role, the ability to work beyond normal working hours is mandatory.
