Responsibilities

The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for answering calls from the SISTIC Hotline which includes ticket bookings, enquiries and ticket related requests. The Customer Service Assistant may also be deployed to venues to support ticketing or access control operations. Key objectives include providing good customer service as well as smooth handling of ticket related requests.

The successful candidate must be organized, highly motivated and able to provide good customer service.


Call Centre Support

  • You are the face of the company and first point of contact for the customer.

  • Answering of SISTIC hotlines (including ticketing, helpdesk, corporate booking) and outbound calls for cancelled/ postponed shows

  • Know how to diffuse a difficult situation and get resolution with the customer

  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by your reporting supervisors


Box Office Support

  • Perform venue ticket sales, ticket collection and ushering

  • Daily reconciliation of ticket sales

  • A team player, task oriented and possess good communication skills and customer service skills.

  • Independent while building relationships with colleagues and customers

  • Able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive, possess a “Can Do” attitude and cheerful personality

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of Applications

  • Able to perform rotating shift schedules including weekends and public holidays

  • Must be able to converse in fluent English


Working Hours - Rotating Shift:

  • 9.45 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.

  • 1.45 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.

  • 4.15 p.m. to 8.15 p.m.

  • 9.45 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

  • 1.45 p.m. to 8.15 p.m.

Flexible but min. 4 hours shift


Salary:

Customer Service Assistant: $8.00/hr (w.e.f 1st May 22)

Senior Customer Service Assistant: $9.00/hr (w.e.f 1st May 22)

Public Holiday: 2 x Salary


Qualification:

  • 1-2 years of events operations and customer service working experience will be a plus.

  • GCE "O" /"A" Level/Diploma or higher
