Responsibilities

Collaborate on and/or lead IT projects (of varying size and complexity) running concurrently.
Accountable and responsible for project management phases and achieving project objectives. e.g. planning, execution, monitoring, controlling.
Communicate project information and status to stakeholders and escalate appropriately.
Ensure accuracy of project changes and time reporting, report variances, and provide financial forecasts.
Consult directly with resource managers to validate resource availability and allocations.
Responsible for translating business requirements to functional and technical requirements.
Consistently apply best practices in managing projects and demonstrate accountability for project success.
Actively participate in process improvement aimed at identifying bottlenecks and streamlining processes.

Degree/Diploma in an Engineering, Computer Science or other technical field.
At least 8 years of experience leading programs/projects.
Meticulous and goal-oriented to ensure project timelines are adhered to and project goals are met.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good team player and willing to work across multiple teams and functions.
Resourceful and able to work independently.
Experience managing both Waterfall and Agile projects.
Experience in app development / DevOps / Cloud / compliance is highly advantageous.
Certifications in AGILE / project / program / portfolio management. e.g. PSM, PMP, CITPM, PRINCE2 would be advantageous.
